EVOLUTION THEN MUTATION, WHAT NEXT?

I learnt much about evolution, how we evolved from apelike creatures until we became the way we are now. people came up with allot of theories that led to evolution until now their is no theory that is clear to me. 

their was this theory with Darwin about natural selection which doesn't give us permission to nullify it. when i don't believe in evolution because why is it that we don't evolve anymore? why is it that other apes don't evolve anymore? i only believe in mutation because i have seen cows giving birth to a human in Mombasa, Kisumu and even in China people were born without eyes and i also saw a Kenyan girl born with powers to bend metals without touching them. but what normally brings about these mutations? am not a scientist nor do i have advanced ways to answer this with experimental evidence. but according to me, it s due to nuclear energy, genetically modified foods and bestiality. people tend to move away from natural things and go for artificial s. scientists always look for shortcuts to get money. they always come up with solutions but because we are brainwashed to always think scientists are ever right, we end up destroying our lives; we don't question. they take genes from fast growing organism and transfer them to plant foods so that they may grow faster; which is normally archived. but what normally happens is that when these foods get to our bodies, they also cause us to grow faster. another example is that, they may look for an organism that has the ability to kill insects for food. extract the genes and transfer them to plants so that they acquire the capability of killing insects naturally. you will have saved some money, energy and time to buy insecticides but done harm to yourself. when these foods are consumed, they will kill you slowly or cause allergic reactions in your body. this also applies to people who use chemicals to buff up their hips, hagas and chests. to enlarge dicks and tighten pussies. be CAREFUL AND ACCEPT YOUR NATURAL BODY AND ENVIRONMENT, OR ELSE YOU WILL DIE SOON
