KENYA COULD BE A DEVELOPED COUNTRY WITHOUT POLITICIANS
Did you know that Kenya produces one of the best intellectuals in the world but non of them wishes to work in Kenya. Yes they do not. This is because, Kenya does not respect Intellectuals. Let us take for Instance, the Kenyan Media. It is full of comedians and quacks who don't even understand the media ethics while there are very qualified journalists out there. I wonder, what is the criteria used by these media houses to employ journalists. The main thing is beauty. If you are beautiful, your chances to get employed in Kenyan media house is very high. If you are not attractive too bad for you.
This is the reason why Kenyan News is of low quality with 89% POLITICS. The politics that add nothing of worth to the economy. Big media houses like CNN on the other hand look for qualified personnel. They employ learned fellows and they air quality news.
Let us now have a look on other professions. Let us take doctors for instance. a junior doctor has got at least 8 years of studying and yet you will find an MCA who doesn't have any degree getting a higher pay than the doctor. This MCA is someone who doesn't even know the role of an MCA. Just because he or his family had money to bribe voters, he will clinch that seat and help more quacks clinch more political seats and get more pay than qualified intellects.
Most people do not have the ambition to work outside Kenya. It is the regime that forces them to. Kenyan doesn't recognize intellectuals and this has led to more qualified Kenyans preferring to work abroad where they get the best deals. Countries like USA and south Africa have very good medical services and believe me, you will be amazed to find out that most doctors in The USA and South Africa are from Kenya. Because Kenya could afford them but it chose not to give them what they are worth.
A lot researches are being carried out in Kenya to improve the Agricultural and Industrial sector. Seminars are being carried abroad for the same. The major problem here is, professionals in those sectors don't attend those seminars, instead, the gullible politicians attend these seminars with the main aim of having fun because they don't even have a shallow Idea of what the seminars are all about.
